Hurricane Preparedness

As we prepare for the upcoming Hurricane season we are asking residents to take note of the following items:

In anticipation of high winds please make sure all chairs, toys, potted plants, etc. are moved indoors. Also, please note that our maintenance staff will not be coming out for any calls during the storm. If you have an emergency, please call 911.

Heavy rain is possible with storms - if this does occur many local roads will flood. Please do not attempt to drive through any floodwaters as you will not know what debris may be in the water. Do not allow children to play in any flood water after the storm has passed.
