Move Out
When you move out of the unit you must turn in two house keys and one mailbox key. You are required to give 30 days notice that you are moving to get your deposit. You must provide Mullins Housing Authority with a forwarding address. Any charges assessed after you move out will be mailed to the last known address we have on file. Your failure to pay all charges owed when you move out will result in your account being turned over to the Department of Revenue to be withheld from your tax refund.
