Maintenance and Work Order Requests
Residents are responsible for immediately reporting needed maintenance items and/or damages or unsafe conditions which are known to or observed by the Resident either in common areas of the neighborhood or in the dwelling unit or premises leased by the Resident.
For routine maintenance requests during normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, please contact the office at 843.464.9822. All service requests must be addressed through the Leasing Office.
After-hours emergency service can be obtained by calling 843.464.9822. Please make certain you are calling in an emergency, or you will be charged a nuisance fee. All emergencies will be handled within 24 hours.
Maintenance charges will be added to your account around the 11th of the month and will be delivered to you around the 12th of the month. You will have 3 days from the day charges added to your account to contact the office for a repayment arrangement. These charges will be due on the 1st of the month following receipt of the bill. Failure to pay maintenance charges will result in a $10.00 late fee added after the 10th of the month.
