Damage & Repairs
Whenever damage is caused by carelessness, misuse, or neglect on the part of the Resident, his/her family or visitors, the Resident agrees to pay the cost of all repairs and do so within 30 days after the receipt of the Mullins Housing Authority's demand for the repair charges. You are not allowed to deface, damage or remove any part of the unit or building in which you live. You may be evicted for this offense.
