Cable TV and Satellite

Residents are prohibited from running cablevision wires inside of the unit. Cablevision must be installed by the cable company according to the specifications.

All cable lines must be connected to existing cable lines or replaced with upgraded cable through wall with complete seal around cable entryway. No cable lines are allowed to be installed in such a way that will create any tripping hazards (interior or exterior). All cabling must be securely anchored.

Satellite equipment shall be installed on ground poles. Nothing can be attached to a roof or fascia on the building. All cable lines must be secured and cannot be attached to the building with anchors or screws.

All system installations must be approved by Mullins Housing Authority prior to installation.

Any cable improperly installed or not approved by Mullins Housing Authority will be removed by Mullins Housing Authority and related repairs will be assessed to the residents.
