Automobiles and Other Motorized Vehicles

Residents must secure parking decals on vehicles owned by the resident. You must register your vehicle with office to get a decal. You must have registration with the name of a resident living in the unit. Any vehicle not displaying the parking decal may be towed away at owner's expense.

Residents shall refrain and cause their family members and/or guests to refrain from parking and driving any motorized vehicles on lawns, sidewalks, and common areas other than appropriate streets and driveways. If you or our guests park on the grass, you will be charged.

Residents are responsible for any damage to lawns and other property caused by improper operation or parking of motorized vehicles.

All automotive vehicles improperly parked, inoperable, or with deflated tires, expired license plates, etc., will be towed at the Resident's expense within 24 hours notice.

Residents are to refrain from making major repairs to any motorized vehicles while it is parked on Management's property or on a street bounding or running through the property. Major repairs shall be deemed to include without limitation, the following: removal of more than one tire or wheel, removal of transmission or motor, removal of major body components, placing a car on blocks, changing oil, and other such repairs. Residents are not permitted to wash vehicles while on Mullins Housing Authority property.

The Resident agrees not to store any type of storage build, PODs/ U-Haul/Pack Rat or any variation thereof, Motorized or Pull Behind Utility Trailer(s), 4-Wheeler(s), Boat(s) on the property at any time.
