Absence From Home
A Resident should advise Management in advance if he/she is planning to be away from home for an extended period (30 days or more). Failure to continuously occupy the unit and leaving the unit unoccupied for more than thirty (30) consecutive days without management approval may be grounds for termination.
The Resident will be responsible for all personal property and for obtaining insurance on Resident owned furnishings and other personal property, if desired.
