Occupied Residence Policy

These are a few things we would like the residents to do in order to better help the tile installers install your new floor covering:

1. Remove and pack from, areas to be tiled-all glassware-and breakable items from china cabinets, end tables, coffee tables, etc.
   
   
2. Remove all lamps from the areas to be tiled.
   
   
3. Remove and pack all articles from closet floors and elevate any low hanging clothes in areas to be tiled.
   
   
4. Break down stereos and remove all albums and tapes. This includes speakers and speaker wires.
   
   
5. Remove all bed clothes from bed and do not stack items on top of the beds in areas to be tiled.
   
   
6. Drain fish tanks and remove to another room.
   
   
7. Remove all plants and plant stands from the areas to be tiled. Also remove all low hanging plant hangers.
   
   
8. Please have your dog, cat, or bird at a neighbor's house or outside.
   
   
9. Please drain and disassemble waterbeds in areas to be tiled.
   
   
10. Remove all valuables.
    
    
11. Please remind children not to walk in the adhesive.
    
    
12. Please remove all permanently installed carpet. Our removal charge is $0.75 per square foot if you fail to remove.

All the above preparation must be completed in order to assure you a proper and timely installation.
