House Rules Effective 5/1/2026

May 1st, 2026, new House Rules have been established for Housing Authority of Mullins properties. The House Rules are in addition to the requirements of the HUD Model Lease and are affixed to the lease agreement as Attachment #1. Repeated violations of the House Rules will be considered a serious violation of the lease agreement. Your cooperation in following the established property rules and regulations will be greatly appreciated by Management.

All Residents are required to sign a Resident Acknowledgement form - available in the office.
