Kitchen Renovation Underway on Blanton Court & Johnson Street

MHA is pleased to share that Stogner Architecture was awarded the project to update all the kitchens in the apartments on Blanton Court & Johnson Street.

Section 3 Registry is being addressed with the hiring of one of the Residents who has worked for other contractors.

A total of 48 apartments are being renovated at these two locations.

Stogner Architecture plans to complete the work by October 2025.

The renovations range from installing new GFCI receptacles for the appliances to installing new kitchen cabinets & countertops.
Other updates include: Painting Kitchen and Utility Room adjacent to Kitchen.

All Residents be aware that there will be a Superintendent & Foreman on site during all work performed by the crew.
